Session Two - Space Junk
Location: Shrive's Quarters
Timeline: current
The plans were set. Shrive's mind now focused on making sure what cardassian weaponry that he had was in working order. The last thing they needed was for one of the weapons to malfunction or simply stop working in the middle of a firefight. He headed down the corridor towards his quarters. Upon coming to his door, he felt something against his foot, obstructing his path.
A small box. With a green bow.
He simply stood there, looking at it with a curious eye. Picking it up, he then entered his quarters and set the box upon his desk. A green bow. As if he expected it to simply reveal its contents under the pressure of his gaze, he sat and stared at the box. And the green bow. Finally, he took hold of the bow carefully, slowly unraveling the knot that held it around the box. Carefully placing the ribbon down upon the desk, he began on the box, investigating the contents. He pulled out a small bottle of blue liquid, encased in what looked to be Andorian Quartz. Curious.
After placing the bottle of Andorian Ale on a display shelf, he started to think about who would actually bother trying to give him a gift. He looked back towards the desk, and back at the green ribbon. Tyl'Varas walked back towards the desk, taking the ribbon in hand. Raising it to his nose, he noticed a familiar scent. It was the doctor. Lee.
Even more curious. He had assumed that the doctor would have been disgusted by him. Perhaps his test was inaccurate. She showed a bit more nerve than he had given her credit for. Perhaps he would need to reassess his opinion. He took the ribbon, and brought it to the bottle, tying it around the neck.
Now it was time to rest. Maybe he would pay a visit to the doctor. Besides, he needed to make sure that there were medical provisions for the coming storm.
