Mission:
Session One - Jailhouse Rock
Location: SB102 Hallway
Timeline: Backpost After the barfight
Running out of the barfight that of course he didn't start, Stamir headed towards the innards of the station, hopefully he the cash he had arranged to be stashed in one of the holding compartments was still there. He headed down the corridor and could have sworn that he heard someone following him. He stopped and quickly turned around, a confiscated phaser in his hand.
"Come out Shrive, I know you're there, no sense in trying to be sneaky about it, Andorians were never known for their stealthiness."
The outline of a head with two antennas came into view. "What did you expect pinkskin? You put my crew into unnecessary risk, and you changed the terms of the agreement." Shrive came into full view. "You should know me better than that."
"I know that I sat in prison for years to cover your ass, while you roamed free. I figured a little bit of leniency in the terms was ok, besides, Max could be a very valuable asset to you and your "crew" in the future, the man has some connections that I could only dream of having." Keeping his phaser trained on the Andorian he advanced a little. "Look, I know that it wasn't exactly the best way to get me out of there, but you have to admit it was pretty exciting wasn't it?"
Slowly moving forward, Shrive made sure that his knife was visible. "You are reckless, pinkskin. I had no debt, nor care of the pirate. You tell me why I should let you walk away from this?"
"Because I'm good looking and have a wonderful personality." Park smiled at Tyl, "You could say that the time in that penal colony has driven me slightly mad. You are going to let me leave for two reasons, one I know that there is some honor in you, you've held up your end of the bargain, I've even held up my end of the bargain and paid you guys. Even if there was an addition, he helped me out in that god forsaken place and had my back, I'm sure you know how that is" Park couldn't resist the slgiht dig at him, he eased his finger over the trigger, he could feel that it was a hair. "The second reason is that the first move you make towards me and I'm going to plant a round from this pistol right in your chest and cut off your antenna and hang them from the cockpit of my shuttle."
"I assure you that most likely, you'd find yourself in a poor situation if you were to kill me." The Andorian tilted his head slightly, as if analyzing Park. "The fact that I didn't order you out an airlock, or sick the bounty hunter on you means that you owe me one now. Hope that I don't run into you again, Park."
Park backed up a little down the hallway and smiled at Tyl. The smile turned into a grin, and then a full blown laugh. "Tyl, it was actually really good to see you, sometimes friends are hard to come by and you are one of the best." he dug in his pocket and flipped a coin to Tyl. The coin bore the markings of the gorn hegemony. "Look me up there if you ever need that debt repayed. Take care Tyl." Park slowly started backing down the hallway, giving the Andorian one last look he turned and ran down the corridor out of site.
Shrive looked down at the coin, then looked down the corridor. Sheathing the blade, he clenched the coin, and then put it into a utility pocket in his jumpsuit. "I must be getting soft," he muttered under his breath.
